Great quality, delivery on time, took all packing away, really impressed

I have been shopping at Progressive Furnishings for many years now and for many reasons. A family run business who really really care. The quality of the furniture is superb, truly outstanding and built to last. Not only that the sales people are very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and genuinely really nice people, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you James, Jonathan and Jonathan's wife. You've always made my visits to the store so welcoming a lovely experience.

I decided to re-do my whole lounge and dining room so ordered 2 sofas, 2 side boards, 1 coffee table, 4 lamp tables, a tv cabinet, a dining room table with 4 chairs, basically the whole works. The delivery guys Cam and Cody took so much care bringing the furniture into my home and assembled anything that needed to be done. They took away all the packaging and were very respectful of my home.

The staff were very helpful with all my choices and ordered extra sofa fabric to recover the dining room chairs so they matched my sofas and changed the colour of the sofa legs from chrome to gold. Again nothing is too much trouble for them.

I've had alot of bedroom furniture in the past ranging from a bed, wardrobes, numerous chest of drawers, bedside drawers and mirrors and everything still looks amazing and top quality.

I highly recommend Progressive Furnishings to everyone who wants excellent, well built quality furniture with fantastic customer service. You pay for what you get and I found their pricing extremely reasonable for the amazing quality of the furniture. To the team I thank you all so much and will be seeing you very soon for my next project.

Having wandered around the usual suspects in out of town malls, not finding anything that 'spoke' to me, I chanced upon Progressive Furnishings. I am glad I did! I had several visits just trying the sofas and chairs out for size. I was welcomed each time, there was no hard sell and, indeed, advised to shop around to get the right thing for me.

Long story short, ordering was a breeze. I had to wait a few months for the colour I wanted but it was worth the wait. The delivery guys were great, quick, efficient, polite, and set my sofa and chair up perfectly. The quality of the products are excellent and are pride of place in my living room.

Would I use these guys again? Yes, but probably not for many years as the sofa and chair look and feel as if they will last a very long time........

Dealing with Progressive Furnishings was a pleasure. I made an order by telephone through a very helpful member of staff. The order was fulfilled very quickly with advice by email as to the progress. The order was received on the day required. A great organisation with excellent staff.

We were looking for a sofa bed and had done the rounds of the large stores. One of them actually recommended Progressive furnishings so we paid them a visit. Very friendly and knowledgeable, listened to what we were looking for, not at all pushy. Found they also did wardrobes which we were also looking for. Ended up purchasing a sofa bed and sliding wardrobes glass fronted. Really pleased with both. Wardrobes fitted this week and sofa bed delivered a couple a days later. Would definitely recommend.

Good friendly informative staff and delivery service

In store, staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all, we had the freedom to browse without the pressure to buy something. When needed, staff were then on hand to offer advice and support with choosing the right sofa.
The deal clencher for me was that they had the sofas we wanted in stock and could deliver them in days not months. (Which is unusual for sofas )

On delivery, the guys carried everything inside, placed them where required, and set everything up for us. They showed us how the recline functions work. Then took all the packaging away with them.

I have previously had bedroom furniture from Progressive Furnishings and it’s still as beautiful as when I bought it.
Just bought some amazing green dining chairs which swivel and they are stunning, Delivered exactly on time as arranged and the guys were great and so respectful. Can’t wait for the dining room to be finished for us to use the chairs. Thank you for an absolutely smooth purchase and amazing as always would highly recommend.

Consistently excellent service and communication! James was extremely helpful and supplied us with all the information we needed. We bought our furniture from him 15 years ago, so when we needed a new bed frame, we knew exactly where to go. The delivery was swift, and the drivers were not only on time but also very courteous. They assembled the bed and made sure we were satisfied with it before leaving. All the furniture we’ve purchased has been of excellent quality and built to last. I would definitely recommend!
