Collection
Any items may be chosen to be collected whether accessories or furniture. There is no charge for collection but it is important that the customer measures transportation adequately.

After ordering, wait for contact from one of our customer services team to let you know that the item has arrived in-store for collection.

If collection can’t be completed, delivery will be arranged for the item and applicable charges will be applied as outlined below in the delivery section.

The type of goods you have ordered, your location and the amount you have spent will affect the process of how you receive your goods.

If opting for delivery we will call you once your item/s are in stock to arrange a delivery date.

  • Within a 10-mile radius: Installation and removal of packaging included, with a 2-hour delivery window provided the day before delivery.
  • Outside a 10-mile radius: Delivered to your room of choice, with a 4-hour delivery window and a 30-minute call prior to arrival.

Luxury Gazebo Delivery & Installation
Please note that all of our Luxury Gazebos are subject to a £500 delivery and installation charge. Due to the size, weight, and specialist assembly required, this fee ensures your gazebo is delivered safely and professionally installed by our experienced team.

The above delivery information excludes remote postcodes: KW, DD, LD, DG, IV, PA, TR, BH, AB, DT, PL, NR, PH, SA, LL, CT, TQ, EX; deliveries to properties within these postcodes will incur an extra charge of £29.99.
