Delivery Information

Collection
Any items may be chosen to be collected whether accessories or furniture. There is no charge for collection but it is important that the customer measures transportation adequately.

After ordering, wait for contact from one of our customer services team to let you know that the item has arrived in-store for collection.

If collection can’t be completed, delivery will be arranged for the item and applicable charges will be applied as outlined below in the delivery section.

Delivery
The type of goods you have ordered, your location and the amount you have spent will affect the process of how you receive your goods.

If opting for delivery we will call you once your item/s are in stock to arrange a delivery date.

Orders under £300:
Accessories – Delivery is charged at £29.99.
– The courier will vary depending on the size of an item and the delivery location.
– Your items will either be delivered via courier or our 2-man delivery team; this will depend on the size of the item you have on order and the delivery destination.
– You will receive a call from a customer service representative with delivery information.

Furniture – Delivery is charged at £29.99.
– Within 10-mile radius: Installation & removal of packaging, 2hr delivery window given day prior to delivery
– Outside of 10-mile radius: Delivered to room of choice, 4hr delivery window, 30-minute call prior to arrival

Orders over £300:

The above delivery information excludes remote postcodes: KW, DD, LD, DG, IV, PA, TR, BH, AB, DT, PL, NR, PH, SA, LL, CT, TQ, EX; deliveries to properties within these postcodes will incur an extra charge of £29.99.
