We can’t thank the lovely staff at progressive, so friendly but not pushy in any way , the sofa we have bought is excellent quality , delivered yesterday by two young men who brought it in assembled it and tested the electrics to make sure it was all ok and took all the packaging away , would highly recommend this place for quality furniture ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1st class service staff are really friendly and helpful and will bend over backwards to help you. I purchased 3 beds all are stunning and excellent quality (beware of cheaper copies elsewhere) they even made one of the headboards bespoke for me as I needed it lower. I had to postpone delivery of the beds 3 times and this was never a problem they just held my goods in their warehouse for me. The young men who delivered the beds were brilliant and took a lot of care in my home and with the beds.I can only highly recommend this company I cannot fault anything.Nice to actually receive such good service.

3rd time of purchasing from this store. This purchase was a dining set. Having made the purchase for a new house, it fell through, and then the house purchase after that took forever too. The team were really understanding and supportive in holding off the delivery accordingly. Very grateful for that! Once finally delivered, it's a lovely furniture set and I'd be happy to shop here again.Thr friendly personal touch in sales is nice to see still in existence.

Excellent service in difficult times,We ordered 2 x 2 seater Settees and due to covid the delivery time was badly effected.This wasn't an issue as we where offered a temporary loan settee until ours arrived.We now have our new settees excellent quality at a good price.You wouldn't get this sort of personal service from any other retailer.Very happy and will be back for more furniture in the near future

We ordered two large oak wardrobes and two matching chest of drawers and the quality of the furniture is impeccable and looks fantastic.The spaces where the wardrobes sit are unusual sizes due to our chimney breast, we explained this issue to the guys at Progressive Furnishings and they found us the perfect sized furniture.The two men that delivered and assembled the set were extremely professional, mindful of not letting my cats out and offered me aftercare advise when I enquired. They were super friendly and assembled the whole lot in about 1.5 hours which was impressive!Can’t recommend this place enough.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their furniture is beautiful and incredibly well made. The sales staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly and the delivery men that delivered to me today were the same and very efficient. I’ve used them before and will continue to do so.
