We found the Staff at Progressive Furnishings most professional, friendly and willing to help you in any way they can with every consideration. This place is well worth a visit! My husband decided to call into the store as something caught his eye as he walked past? He came home and told me how amazed he was when he entered, no sales person rushing up to him, so was left to browse at his own leisure! He said that you’re spoilt for choice, not only on designs but colours as well! So we both went back and again left to browse, which I think is important, as no pressure! We soon agreed on a design for a leather reclining suite and also we chose the same colour! So we ordered, paid the deposit and last week it was delivered! I must admit I’d been very worried whether we’d made the right choices? We are both absolutely delighted with everything, from A-Z as it fits perfectly, just as if it had been there years! The delivery lads were great, very professional and respectful, which was nice! All the staff in the store treat you as if you’re part of their family and can’t do enough to please! Excellent service all round so ‘Thank you!’ I’m not sure what my husband will do now as there’s a large jar of chocolates near the till which he seemed to take a fancy to every time he insisted we popped in for an update on our delivery date!!! 😂

This is a family run business with the most friendly and helpful staff. They have an abundance of quality furniture, leather and fabric sofas, dining tables, coffee tables, beds, bedroom furniture, clocks, ornaments etc. The shop is emaculate and always smells delicious. I would highly recommend Progressive Furnishings for a thoroughly excellent 1st class service from start to finish.

Very impressed with the whole process. Salesman at the store helped me find what I needed. The young men who set up the furniture were courteous, efficient and tested the controls of the recliners to ensure they worked before they left⁰

This is the ultimate "outdoor living room”. The core of this set is the L-shaped corner sofa with thick, plush cushions. Powder-coated aluminium frame is incredibly easy to wipe down after a rainstorm.The gas-powered fire pit table is the undisputed star giving off instant warmth without the mess. I have been shopping at Progressive Furnishings for many years now and for many reasons. A family run business who really really care. The quality of the furniture is superb, truly outstanding and built to last. Not only that the sales people are very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and genuinely really nice people, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you James, Jonathan and Jonathan's wife. You've always made my visits to the store so welcoming a lovely experience.
I decided to re-do my whole lounge and dining room so ordered 2 sofas, 2 side boards, 1 coffee table, 4 lamp tables, a tv cabinet, a dining room table with 4 chairs, basically the whole works. The delivery guys Cam and Cody took so much care bringing the furniture into my home and assembled anything that needed to be done. They took away all the packaging and were very respectful of my home.
The staff were very helpful with all my choices and ordered extra sofa fabric to recover the dining room chairs so they matched my sofas and changed the colour of the sofa legs from chrome to gold. Again nothing is too much trouble for them.
I've had alot of bedroom furniture in the past ranging from a bed, wardrobes, numerous chest of drawers, bedside drawers and mirrors and everything still looks amazing and top quality.
I highly recommend Progressive Furnishings to everyone who wants excellent, well built quality furniture with fantastic customer service. You pay for what you get and I found their pricing extremely reasonable for the amazing quality of the furniture. To the team I thank you all so much and will be seeing you very soon for my next project.

Having wandered around the usual suspects in out of town malls, not finding anything that 'spoke' to me, I chanced upon Progressive Furnishings. I am glad I did! I had several visits just trying the sofas and chairs out for size. I was welcomed each time, there was no hard sell and, indeed, advised to shop around to get the right thing for me.
Long story short, ordering was a breeze. I had to wait a few months for the colour I wanted but it was worth the wait. The delivery guys were great, quick, efficient, polite, and set my sofa and chair up perfectly. The quality of the products are excellent and are pride of place in my living room.
Would I use these guys again? Yes, but probably not for many years as the sofa and chair look and feel as if they will last a very long time........
