I don’t know where to start absolutely fantastic from start to finish From helping us decide what would suit our home the best to fantastically matching the colour of our new table to a unit we already have . we agreed a delivery date I had to move it three times as we was held up with our renovations Progressive furnishings never quibble and was so happy to help every time By just moving our date till our works could be done then my table was delivered by two very polite, caring young men and set it all up for me . Fantastic shop with fantastic customer service, nothing is too much trouble thank you xx

Bought Italian leather sofa, absolute top quality.customer service is excellent and they kept me informed on delivery dates.I would not buy a sofa from anywhere else.

What a fabulous shop!! This shop is like an Aladdin’s cave, full of quality furniture and accessories. The staff are lovely and so knowledgeable, helpful and give you the time and space to come to your own decisions. Delivery of my furniture was prompt and efficient. Can not recommend this place highly enough! Will definitely be popping in regularly to see all the new things.

We bought our dining set from Progressive Furnishings just before Christmas and are highly impressed with the quality and the service that we received. I visited the shop a few times to view different items as we were debating table style and size and on all occasions I found James & Johnathon to be very helpful and informative. We were over the moon with our dining set so we also purchased a matching side table and coffee table from the same range. I would highly recommend a visit to their showroom if you are in the market for dining, living room or bedroom furniture.

Progressive Furnishings supplied our dining suite a few years ago and we were so delighted with the service and help provided, we decided to visit when we needed a new three piece.James, Jonathan and the whole team really go out of their way to help supply exactly what the customer requires.The range and choices for fabric sofas really is unmatched, along with the capability for alterations and custom sizes. We are extremely delighted with our new suite, friends and family are impressed and we highly recommend paying them a visit.

My large 4 seater sofa bed was delivered this morningIt's just gorgeous🥰🤩 so much so I went back to the shop and ordered a chair to matchThe two young men who delivered it were just great, they had to take my back door off to access the house as it was so big ,the door was a very heavy composite door and they struggled but managed it. They then laid out the sofa and showed me how the bed pulls out too ,very helpfull polite young men and the shop staff and owner are so friendly and helpful top marks from me

Excellent service. Called into the shop on a Tuesday, had a browse around the settee section, was approached by James, who was very informative and not pushy at all. We ordered 2 no settees, delivered 4 days later on the Saturday by 2 no friendly lads, we had a 2 hour slot from 2 to 4pm. They arrived at 2.15pm, and assembled within 15 minutes. We would certainly recommend this shop. Once again great service.

We can’t thank the lovely staff at progressive, so friendly but not pushy in any way , the sofa we have bought is excellent quality , delivered yesterday by two young men who brought it in assembled it and tested the electrics to make sure it was all ok and took all the packaging away , would highly recommend this place for quality furniture ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1st class service staff are really friendly and helpful and will bend over backwards to help you. I purchased 3 beds all are stunning and excellent quality (beware of cheaper copies elsewhere) they even made one of the headboards bespoke for me as I needed it lower. I had to postpone delivery of the beds 3 times and this was never a problem they just held my goods in their warehouse for me. The young men who delivered the beds were brilliant and took a lot of care in my home and with the beds.I can only highly recommend this company I cannot fault anything.Nice to actually receive such good service.

3rd time of purchasing from this store. This purchase was a dining set. Having made the purchase for a new house, it fell through, and then the house purchase after that took forever too. The team were really understanding and supportive in holding off the delivery accordingly. Very grateful for that! Once finally delivered, it's a lovely furniture set and I'd be happy to shop here again.Thr friendly personal touch in sales is nice to see still in existence.

Excellent service in difficult times,We ordered 2 x 2 seater Settees and due to covid the delivery time was badly effected.This wasn't an issue as we where offered a temporary loan settee until ours arrived.We now have our new settees excellent quality at a good price.You wouldn't get this sort of personal service from any other retailer.Very happy and will be back for more furniture in the near future

We ordered two large oak wardrobes and two matching chest of drawers and the quality of the furniture is impeccable and looks fantastic.The spaces where the wardrobes sit are unusual sizes due to our chimney breast, we explained this issue to the guys at Progressive Furnishings and they found us the perfect sized furniture.The two men that delivered and assembled the set were extremely professional, mindful of not letting my cats out and offered me aftercare advise when I enquired. They were super friendly and assembled the whole lot in about 1.5 hours which was impressive!Can’t recommend this place enough.

I am absolutely delighted with my new sofa which arrived this morning! The quality is top rate and I must say a huge thank you to Progressive Furnishings for all their help and patience, they have been very accommodating fitting the delivery around my complex house renovation. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their furniture is beautiful and incredibly well made. The sales staff are polite, knowledgeable and friendly and the delivery men that delivered to me today were the same and very efficient. I’ve used them before and will continue to do so. Very happy customer.The delivery guys even took all the packaging away something I’ve never experienced before 😊👍🏽

I recently ordered a leather recliner chair which was being made in Italy. Yes lockdown has made it more difficult for everyone because if Italy wasn’t in lockdown then we were leaving parts/materials getting to suppliers much longer. This said it’s no ones fault - this little company went over and beyond their customer services in very difficult times. Would we have got this with a big company? I’m absolutely assured the answer would be no. When it came, they carefully delivered, put it together and popped it in room of choice. The chair is of excellent build and quality but I thk you can see from either their showroom (when open again) and their website that this isn’t a company that deals with things produced on a mass scale. No it’s individuality, quality of products and that extra step to put the customer first makes this shop like finding a little goldmine. Pls let’s support our little shops who must have had a very difficult time during lockdown.

Recently purchased a solid oak dining table and chairs using the website, normally we would always go and view the items before purchasing but after speaking to the staff on the phone to clarify a few questions we had (numerous times!) We decided to take the plunge! Can't recommend these guys enough, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble and the service was second to none. Will definitely be back when we get around to furnishing the bedroom!

Had previously purchased furniture from Progressive Furnishings, so knew their service & quality of product etc. Thought it may prove difficult to purchase/view the furniture we required due to lockdown, but Jonathan proved us wrong by forwarding emails containing accurate photos and even a video !!! Good quality table and chairs purchased and a number of accessories. The customer service has been amazing and everything dealt with very professionally with no trouble. Our table had a repair recently and has come back looking better than new even in this current climate they have still delivered on their promise 👍👊.

We have used Progressive Furnishings for a few major purchases in the past and have always been pleased with the service we received. Recently we were looking for three specific items of furniture to fit in with our decor. It was becoming a nightmare traveling around various shops. However, PF were able to offer a service to adjust items to suit. The result has been three pieces where the finish has been colour matched in their workshops to our requirements at a realistic price. We are extremely pleased! From the original salespeople, the workshops and finally the delivery personnel, the service has been outstanding. We recommend without reservation!
