How the Tiger Bust is made

Design & Sculpting
Each piece takes shape directly on the turntable, guided by artistic intuition. A strong armature supports dynamic sculpting, allowing the clay to be formed with intentional rawness while maintaining structural integrity.

Moulding & Casting
The initial mould captures the sculpture’s detail precisely, sealed to prevent any flaws. A marble stone mixture is poured and vacuum-treated, ensuring each cast is clean and free from air bubbles.

Finishing Touches
After cleaning and assembling, each piece is sandblasted and prepared for finishing. Detailed painting in the Design Studio produces a Studio Master, setting the standard for all subsequent pieces.
