I have previously had bedroom furniture from Progressive Furnishings and it’s still as beautiful as when I bought it.
Just bought some amazing green dining chairs which swivel and they are stunning, Delivered exactly on time as arranged and the guys were great and so respectful. Can’t wait for the dining room to be finished for us to use the chairs. Thank you for an absolutely smooth purchase and amazing as always would highly recommend.

Consistently excellent service and communication! James was extremely helpful and supplied us with all the information we needed. We bought our furniture from him 15 years ago, so when we needed a new bed frame, we knew exactly where to go. The delivery was swift, and the drivers were not only on time but also very courteous. They assembled the bed and made sure we were satisfied with it before leaving. All the furniture we’ve purchased has been of excellent quality and built to last. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent products, delivery and service
Staff in store were very helpful in helping us select our new sofa. The two lads who delivered it were extremely professional at getting the sofa into our home and setting it up. All round enjoyable experience with our purchase, no dramas and no fuss. Highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were seen quickly and efficiently. Our items were delivered after being contacted to confirm our availability. Our bed and sofa were assembled quickly and professionally. The only issue we had was getting the mattress up the stairs. However it's was a super king-size so it didn't surprise me. Thank you so much. I will certainly be back. Loving my new bed and sofa. My hubby is having the support he needs and a very good sleep as he suffers with a back problem.

I was told about this place selling furniture by a family member. I was looking for some outdoor summer furniture for my garden. I saw a set that I instantly liked. There is a huge selection of sets here. I bought it and it was delivered a few days later, all pre assembled. I am very happy with the quality, price and overall service from these guys. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Just had a beautiful slate table and four grey swivel chairs delivered on the 19th June what a amazing service they provide.

An Amazing of service from start to finish.
From the moment I walked into the shop, looking for one unit I was treated as an individual, not a number. When I finished ordering I had bought 5 units and a sofa. The shop staff knew everything about the product and suggested solutions to issues. No one was pushy and allowed me time to think. They were very acomadating with time frames and let me know of any new information. One team memes wasn't sure of a situation but acted promptly. Some of my items were adhoc and yet they still endeavoured to meet my needs.
Delivery was spot on and within time frame. They addressed me respectfully and placed the items in said positions after consulting me prior to make the journey smooth. They even moved a heavy item back into place. Even suggesting a solution for a couple of issues I had overseen.
No one within the company let me down. I can't recommend them enough and they helped me turn my issues with not having any storage to having twice as much. The units are spacious what I had (The Loxley) they don't have knows that will age in time. It is solid wood and can be repaired, they even informed me I have a 150 litre fish tank on one and so this proves how sturdy they are. The sofa is comfortable and is of the best standards.

My wife and I really enjoyed shopping at Progressive. Their customer service was excellent, the Manager definitely knew the range of products inside out. The team were always highly professional, the timed delivery slots were adhered to and all pieces that needed putting together were put together quickly and very professionally. We had a minor problem with some shelving but it was sorted out within a few minutes. We would highly recommend this furniture store to anybody and everybody.

We were given an estimated delivery date and were kept informed along the way of any updates. Two lovely delivery men ensured the sofas were set up correctly and in working order before leaving.
Communication throughout has been fabulous and the whole team are incredibly helpful and friendly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this business and I would definitely buy from there again.

This is the second sofa I’ve had from Progressive Furnishings, and once again, I couldn’t be happier! The sofa is absolutely amazing, fantastic quality and comfortable. The service from start to finish was outstanding, and the installation team did a great job. Highly recommended!
Very friendly and informative when viewing the furniture we were looking at. The delivery was on time with a 2 hour slot so no waiting in all day. Everything went smoothly and all the packaging was taken away. Very pleased with all the staff we dealt with and would recommend to friends and family.

I wanted to wait a couple of months before leaving a review to make sure everything was top quality—since things sometimes go wrong after a while. Now, two months in, I can confidently say that I am beyond impressed with Progressive Furnishings!
