This Light Oak Single Pedestal Desk / Dressing Table is a dual-purpose piece of furniture which can be used as a dressing table or a desk. The drawer bases are solid oak and the drawer runners are traditional wooden drawer runners. The Hardwick Light Oak range has a matching stool with a leather seat pad that is the perfect height for the dressing table and fits perfectly under when not in use. Our Hardwick Light Oak range is produced by craftsmen using traditional joinery methods including dovetail joints and wooden drawer sliders. This is the best type of drawer slider as there is nothing to break or wear out as there is with a metal sliding mechanism. This type of drawer glides open effortlessly no matter what is stored inside which is so important in a piece that is regularly accessed.

To keep your Light Oak Single Pedestal Desk/Dressing Table in great condition, just wipe it clean with a damp, lint-free cloth. This oak furniture is lacquered so there is no need to wax or use spray polish on the surface.  We would, of course, recommend wiping any spillages immediately to protect your furniture and using coasters if you place any hot drinks on the surface.
